Starting 2018, Syphad provides easy access to RAW and processed basal and pharmacological response values in the preclinical context and thereby reduces unnecessary replications of animal experiments.
The SYstematic PHArmacological Database is based on all published data in preclinical pharmacological research and its open-access structure enables its usage with no institutional and geographic restrictions.
Syphad was initiated as a database platform for neuropsychopharmacology. However, it is growing on daily basis towards different disciplines and thereby relies on expert collaborations.

Data Mining and Extraction
We have developed a standardised data repository and analysis system which allows real time on line data processing and analysis with Weighted and/ or Standardised Mean Difference Random Effects meta-analysis. If you wish to become actively involved in SYPHAD by performing systematic reviews and meta-analyses, or to analyse existing data, please do not hesitate to contact us..
